For this year , EY Famlily is please to anounce that we will organise the “EY – Run for the Better 2023” with the detail as below.Date: Saturday 09 September 2023

Hanoi: Yen So Park, Hoang Mai Hanoi
Ho Chi Minh City: Canh Doi Park, Nguyen Khac Vien Street, Phu My Hung, 7th District, Ho Chi Minh City
Distances: 5 kms and 10 km
Racing and Planting Initiative:
Race Kit
All registered participants will receive a EY Race Kit including: T-shirt, Bag and Running BIB with chiptimes attached.
Participant who finish the registered distance will receive the finisher medal.
Race Kit Pick-up: TBA (expeted on 7 or 8/September 2023) in both EY Office
Agenda for Race Day- 09 September 2023:
5:30 - 5:45: Gathering
5:45 - 6:15: Opening Ceremony
6:15 - 6:20: Warm-up
6:00: Start.
8:00 – 8:30: Closing ceremony.
Who can join the race: All EY Family members and friends. Each EY Family can invite a maximum of 2 people to join the race. When registering, please note the participant is EY or Non Eyer, if this information is not provided, we will note accept the register.

Important Information
General rules
Runners who do not pass the start/finish platform will not have their timing measured
Runners who do not start within 10 minutes after their flag-off will be disqualified.
Runners are not allowed to receive any help from people who are not the organizers

Health Reminder
Runners should take into account their health condition before race day
During the race, in case fatigue occurs (tired, dehydrated, hungry,...), make sure to go to the nearest check-point or contact our supporter along the route.
During the race
- All water stations are located every 2.5km on the route. There will be water/ionized drink (optional)/banana at all water stations
- There will be Medical Points and toilet on the route
- Please follow the guide banner along the route. In case of being lost, please let our volunteer know.
- Please do not litter and throw away trash into trash bin along the route.
- In case of emergency, please immediately let our volunteer know or ask other runners to call the Hotline printed at the back of BIB
Cheating / Course-cutting
Participants must stay on the racecourse which is defined as the roadway between its edges and curbs or as defined by marks or cones. Participants who intentionally shorten the route of the race (“course-cutting”) will be disqualified. Any participant leaving the racecourse for any reason must re-enter the racecourse where he or she left it or be disqualified for course-cutting. Course-cutting may be determined by eye-witness reports, by surveillance equipment and video, or by the participant failing to register times at timing mats or appearing in race photography. Participants with missing or irregular mile split times at official timing checkpoints will be reviewed and may be disqualified.
Time Limit
The Event has a maximum race day finish time of 2 hours measured from the 10km Start time. Participants must be capable of completing the full distance, start line to finish line, within the cut-off time for the registered distance.
